Chef Art Smith brings southern comfort food to
New York City's Grand Central Terminal
Dining Concourse.

Art Bird & Whiskey Bar, menu selection by Oprah Winfrey’s former personal chef, Art Smith, adds a taste of Southern classics to Grand Central Terminal's Dining Concourse.

Art Bird & Whiskey Bar includes private seating where patrons can drink whiskey on the rocks and in cocktails.

Smith says patrons should expect “hand rolled biscuits, mac and cheese made with local cheeses and crispy buttermilk fried chicken from antibiotic-free and humanely raised birds."

As Chef Art Smith says, "Chicken Takes No Sides" meaning that Art Bird & Whiskey Bar embraces two of the most important things in my life — marriage equality and great food — and there’s no room for hate in either. Art's proud to add this positive outlook & cuisine to NYC's Grand Central.
